WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER?
As İnka Ulusal İstihdam Org. ve İnsan Kaynakları Turizm Ltd. Şti. (‘’İNKA’’), we attach great importance to the protection of your personal data. This Clarification Text has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, in order to fulfill our obligation to inform in accordance with the data subject group (visitor) you belong to.
FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE PROCESS DATA?
- Name, Surname (Identity): Fulfillment of legal obligations, execution of contract processes, execution of customer relations and satisfaction management processes, receiving and evaluating suggestions for the improvement of business processes and product quality, execution of communication processes, providing information to authorized persons, institutions, and organizations,
- Mobile Line Number, E-mail Address (Contact): Providing feedback to you, fulfillment of legal obligations, execution of contract processes, execution of customer relations and satisfaction management processes, receiving and evaluating suggestions for the improvement of business processes and product quality, execution of communication processes, providing information to authorized persons, institutions, and organizations,
- Request, Complaint, Reputation Management Information: Execution of request, complaint, and reputation management processes, developing rapid solutions for your requests
WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING?
Your personal data will be processed based on the data processing conditions set forth in Article 5 of the KVKK: explicitly provided for by law, necessary for İNKA to fulfill its legal obligation, and/or existence of your explicit consent.
WITH WHOM IS THE DATA SHARED?
The personal data you have shared with İNKA will be shared in electronic and physical environments, domestically and/or abroad, with authorized persons, institutions, and organizations, suppliers, legal counsel, institutions and organizations from which we receive consultancy services, and our group companies, in line with the data processing purposes listed under title ‘’Number 2’’.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
To learn whether your personal data is processed or not, to request information if your personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, to know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction of your personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly and to request notification of the operation made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist despite having been processed in accordance with the KVKK and other relevant law provisions and to request notification of the operation made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, to object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, to demand the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

By approving this form, in accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages published in the Official Gazette dated July 15, 2015, and numbered 29417, you declare that you accept all promotional, campaign, advertising, and information messages containing data, voice, and imagery sent for commercial purposes in an electronic environment using means such as telephone, call centers, fax, automated calling machines, electronic mail (e-mail), and short message service (SMS), regarding introductions, products, services, campaigns, promotions, and customer relations offered by İNKA Ulusal İstihdam Organizasyon ve İnsan Kaynakları Turizm Limited Şirketi or through data processors/intermediary institutions acting on behalf of İNKA.
